Step 1

Application & Valuation

If you qualify for a Housebuilder Assisted Move scheme our dedicated team will assist you from the initial valuations of your home and liaising with your chosen housebuilder.

Step 2

Once you have agreed your marketing price, we will manage the agents and work with you to get the best offer for your home. Once an offer is accepted our team will work proactively with you alongside the housebuilder and the solicitors to progress your sale.
