Our Service

New Homes Mortgage Helpline is more than a simple advice service. Our team are there not only to find you the right mortgage, but also to support you throughout the home buying process and keep you up-to-date on progress of your mortgage application.

How it works

Step One

One of our friendly, knowledgeable Helpline Advisers will ask you a few questions about your circumstances. He or she should be able to give you an idea of how much you may be able to borrow and what it might cost. From our discussions we can in most cases obtain an agreement in principle from our recommended lender.

Step Two

We'll arrange for one of our Mortgage and Protection Advisers to visit you at your home or office, daytime, evening or weekend. He or she will take you through the finer details of the mortgage application and help you complete all necessary paperwork. We also offer a telephone appointment.

Step Three

Our Mortgage Processing Team will monitor the progress of your mortgage application, as well as liaising with the housebuilder and solicitors to help make the buying process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. On legal completion, they'll make sure all necessary protection arrangements are in place.

YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU RE-MORTGAGE.
