New Homes Mortgage Helpline is more than a simple advice service. Our team are there not only to find you the right mortgage but also to support you throughout the home buying process and keep you up-to-date on the progress of your mortgage application.

We believe we’re unique in offering mortgage arrangement services specifically tailored to the needs of people buying new-build homes. Unlike many other financial services, we only use our own, UK-based Mortgage and Protection Advisers providing consistency and continuity. What’s more, we’re fully resourced to respond to demand, even at weekends.

Step One

Asking questions

One of our friendly, knowledgeable Helpline team members will ask you questions about your circumstances. He or she should be able to give you an idea of how much you may be able to borrow and what it might cost. From our discussions, we can, in most cases, obtain an agreement in principle from our recommended lender.

Step Two

Visiting you at your home

We'll arrange for one of our Mortgage and Protection Advisers to visit you at your home or office, daytime, evening or weekend. He or she will take you through the finer details of the mortgage application and help you complete all necessary paperwork. We can also offer a telephone appointment.
