Our broker was brilliant! She was efficient, she liaised with us on a very regular basis and I would definitely say she went above and beyond and back again to get everything sorted for us. With an issue that wasn’t anything to do with The New Homes Group they handled every hurdle and every issue amazingly. They kept our solicitor and developers in the loop throughout the process. I recently bought a home from sellers that NHG were acting on behalf as well as Housebuilder, Linden Homes. Therefore I was the third party in this sale.
The personal service that Katie provided and the efficiency with how the sale was dealt with was very impressive. I honestly do not think the sale would have completed as quickly (within 6 weeks) if it was not for her drive and enthusiasm.
I work for a Housebuilder and therefore fully understand the pressures of end of month completions. Katie never once let the pressure get to her and provided a professional, warm and empathetic service throughout for which I will be eternally grateful.

We used The New Homes Group for our purchase and we would really recommend them. We dealt with Danielle Green who was so lovely, efficient and proactive. She gave us the personalised service and honestly made sure our purchase went through in the shortest time possible. Our case was complicated as we were using a BTL mortgage to finance our purchase. Danielle took the initiative to ensure the issues we had with regards to completing our BTL were resolved; and I can say we would not have gotten the Certificate of Compliance for our BTL without her. She always gave us an update at the end of each day and advised and assured us as appropriate, accordingly. The whole process was completed in just under 3 months (less if you factor in the holidays season) and as a result, we saved a lot of money in storage costs. She and the team honestly went above and beyond and we were so impressed with the service that we are using them again on another house purchase this year.
