Alison has been great from the beginning, very friendly and prompt she has given me lots of information and guidance where she can I’ve had many questions as you can imagine and Alison has been great even down to sorting the solicitors and getting that all sent over to me,
If it wasn’t for Alison’s guidance I’d have no idea what I was doing! So thank you for all your help so far, Your a star!

We have just finished the exchange process on our new build. Claire contacted us soon after reserving and has been our knight in shining armor throughout. Various issues came up with buyers, time scales and their mortgage which Claire got on top of incredibly promptly and helped get us over the line.
I genuinely don’t think we would have got to this point without her and she has been the linchpin holding it all together,

I have worked with the team at The New Homes Group for more than 10 years and in that time I can honestly say they are part of our success.
They truly do play an integral part of our business, very much supporting us all the way. We have a had a number of major changes within the group in the last two years, including a restructure, a rebrand and a pandemic but even with these challenges I cannot thank The New Homes Group enough for all their help.
2021 brings more challenges, but working together as a team we know we can continue to rely on the team to ensure we maximise every opportunity, timing is crucial.

Or even just to check in at times and see how things were going ‘our’ end. If we ever had problems we would just email him to let him know and he would get back to us ASAP and let us know what he could do.

I just want to say a massive thank you to NHMH for all your help and advice throughout the mortgage application process of my very first home. It was seamless and all of you acted in a professional manner only with the best interest of your client in mind. I started my application with Scott who initially checked my finances and he was very quick to respond and helped me better understand what I’m getting myself into. Tim, my mortgage adviser on the other hand, made sure that I get the best deal and resolved all the issues and directly dealt with my lender without I having to personally deal with them myself. Lastly, Justina, my case manager has been prompt in keeping me updated with the status of the application and made sure to answer all my questions and concerns throughout. All of them are very reassuring, while honest at the same time. I could not ask for a better team with how my aplication was handled. Again thank you so much and here’s from me so excited and looking forward in moving in to my new home next month! 🙂

We completed on our new house yesterday and want to specifically acknowledge Holly Gurnett for all of her help and support to get us through the exchange and completion process. Excellent service and customer care. Our Sales progression manager was Michael Lock and he couldn’t have been more professional. Our house move was long and drawn out, due to the bottom of the chain, with added stress due to us expecting our first child. Michael was aware of this and put real pressure on the other parties to ensure the move went through as quickly as possible. Michael is a real credit to The New Homes Group.

The New Homes Group helped us sell our current property and purchase a new build house.
They have been excellent through the entire process, initially providing a very efficient mortgage brokerage service. They ensured the application process was swift and acurate and kept the admin from our side down to a minimum.
Amie Holdsworth was a huge help during our sale, she managed the local estate agents and also negotiated a final price we were really happy with.
Mike Lock was then assigned to manage our sale & purchase, he was fantastic throughout, providing lots of helpful insight and timely updates.
We had a fairly complex process including an overseas buyer with 3rd party representatives, delays from the developer as well as stamp duty changes and high workloads for all parties involved.
Mike was on top of everything throughout the process, which really put us at ease. He made it far less confusing & stressful than it could have been.
All in all the New Homes Group have been great throughout and I highly recommend them.
