If you’re successfully shortlisted, you will receive an initial pre-screening call from a member of our team. If that goes well, you’ll be invited along for a face-to-face interview, which is usually with the line manager for the position.

We always prefer to meet applicants in person. However, depending on your location and the role you’ve applied for, interviews can occasionally be conducted via video.

You’ll receive an email letting you know what you need to bring to your interview. Generally, this will include documents to prove you have the right to work in the UK and any relevant qualifications, plus a completed application form.

All our staff wear business attire, and interviews similarly require smart business attire. It’s always best to dress to impress and first impressions really do count.

We always aim to get in touch as soon as we can after all of the interviews have taken place, either by telephone or email, to let you know if you’ve been successful or not. We’re always happy to provide feedback following an interview.
