NEW HOMES PART EXCHANGE TRIPLES STAFF IN SIX MONTHS

New Homes Part Exchange, sister company to New Homes Mortgage Helpline, has tripled its staff over the last six months, in response to growing demand from developers for the part exchange service as the market slows.

Part exchange is featuring very strongly in the sales strategies of housebuilders, as they move to eliminate chains from the process while trading conditions remain testing. The company is expanding its wider choice of services to housebuilders, as well as positioning itself as the leading part exchange specialist in the UK. As a result of this expansion, the company enjoyed record sales last week and is continuing its recruitment drive.

New staff members, including Part Exchange Managers, Sales Coordinators and administration assistants, have been recruited from within the housing industry and bring with them a wealth of sales and customer service experience.
