NEW HOMES PART EXCHANGE SET TO BUILD BRAND WITH NEW APPOINTMENT

September 2008

New Homes Part Exchange, sister company to the well known New Homes Mortgage Helpline, has appointed Gaynor Hookings as Marketing Director with the aim of further developing the brand.

New Homes Part Exchange has been operating for eight years, offering a complete sales service to the housebuilding industry, specialising in part exchange. It is now the fastest growing part exchange company in the UK, with an excellent reputation within the new homes industry.

Nic Spaull, Managing Director, comments:

"In light of the astonishing growth of New Homes Part Exchange since its launch in 2000, it has become clear that we need a strong brand with the weight and substance to take the business forward to the next level. We have had a close working relationship with Gaynor during her many years in the housebuilding industry and she will be a huge asset in establishing this goal, especially in light of the current market challenges."

Gaynor Hookings, formerly of Linden Homes and Galliford Try, will be responsible for developing the website and promotional material, public relations, corporate style and brand awareness. She adds:

"New Homes Part Exchange has built up an enviable reputation in the housebuilding sector through word of mouth, but the time has come to increase brand awareness and position ourselves as the UK's leading part exchange company. I am delighted to be on board and look forward to this new challenge."
