ACQUISITION OF PULSE CRM LIMITED

I am delighted to announce with effect from today we have acquired Pulse CRM Limited. Pulse, based in Gloucester, predominantly offers a range of services to the new homes industry specialising in Customer Relationship Management. As part of the integration into The New Homes Group, this area of the business will become known as New Homes CRM.
With the difficult market conditions faced during 2008 through to 2009, the need to handle every sales enquiry efficiently and effectively became paramount to every housebuilder. Pulse created a range of innovative solutions to help clients to manage the whole customer journey.
Whilst Pulse is a relatively new company, since the beginning of this year it has been working hard to establish itself within the new homes industry. Pulse currently works with Taylor Wimpey, Redrow, Galliford Try and SmartNewHomes, this acquisition will help bring in opportunities for not only New Homes CRM but also other areas of our business.
I am pleased to welcome on board the new members of staff to our team who will continue to operate out of Gloucester. Helen Aubrey, Account Director will now head up the day to day running of New Homes CRM and continue to secure new business for us.
Gaynor Hookings, Group Marketing Director will oversee the running of New Homes CRM as part of The New Homes Group and will continue to report to myself on a day to day basis. Both Gaynor and Helen have extensive knowledge and experience of CRM solutions and have worked extremely well together in their previous roles at Linden and Galliford Try.
With the green shoots appearing in the housing market I am very hopeful housebuilders will start building in volume shortly therefore will be under further pressure to capture and secure customers very early. With New Homes CRM working as an integral part of your sales and marketing team you will be well placed to turn leads into sales.
It is perfect timing for a dedicated CRM service to the new homes industry and an obvious fit for us within our current brand identity and structure.
It goes without saying I am really excited about this new acquisition and am confident the range of services now available within the group will enable us to continue to add value to your business. We also look forward to working with our new clients as a result.
