COLCHESTER COMPANY NHPX TRIPLES STAFF IN SIX MONTHS

Colchester-based New Homes Part Exchange, sister company to the well-known New Homes Mortgage Helpline, has tripled its staff over the last six months and is continuing its recruitment drive in response to growing demand from housebuilders.

When a customer wants to buy a new home but already has a property to sell, New Homes Part Exchange will arrange for the housebuilder to buy their existing property from them, enabling the customer to move ahead with the purchase of their new home.

Part exchange is becoming more and more popular with housebuilders and home buyers, as chains can often hold up the sale process, particularly while the housing market is slow.

New Homes Part Exchange is the fastest growing part exchange specialist in the UK and enjoyed record sales last week. It is currently undergoing a major recruitment drive to fill various positions, including Part Exchange Managers, Sales Coordinators and Administration Assistants, seeking individuals with sales and customer service experience.

Gaynor Hookings, previously of housebuilders Linden Homes and Galliford Try, was recruited last month as Marketing Director with the aim of further developing the NHPX brand. She will be responsible for the website and promotional material, public relations, corporate style and brand awareness.
