Sales Administrator
New Homes Part Exchange is dedicated to providing a complete sales service to all its housebuilding clients providing high levels of customer service for asset management.
Reporting to the Part Exchange Manager, the successful candidate will need to be able to build on client relationships, manage and communicate with estate agents, customers, solicitors, and provide a full administration support to your team.
Experience in either estate agency, legal conveyancing or new homes will be necessary together with excellent all round communication skills. You will need to be IT literate, have your own transport and be dedicated to provide high levels of customer service.

Specialising in the New Homes Sector for over 25 years, we are proud of our enviable reputation amongst house builders for arranging mortgage facilities for their prospective customers.
As a result of increasing business levels, we are now looking to expand our Helpline operation and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our teams based in Colchester & Peterborough. You will have responsibility for contacting customers referred to us by the housebuilder with a view to making appointments for our Mortgage and Protection Advisers to visit them.
Ideally you will posses a proven track record in the sales and service industry, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively on your own as well as in the team environment.
We operate a system of flexible working hours and in return we offer an attractive salary and benefits package. Full training will be given. Applicants holding the CEMAP qualification will commence on a higher basic.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide quality advice and guidance to customers in their homes whilst continuing to develop relationships with our housebuilder clients.
You will posses a proven track record of at least 2 years as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser ideally within the New Build or Estate Agency industry.
The role enables the right candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to maximise their earning opportunity, as all appointments are pre-qualified and are only booked for the Adviser once the customer has reserved their new home and can proceed. Our Advisers conduct on average 5-6 appointments per week and are currently achieving 85% sign up rate with an average case size exceeding £2000.
A centrally dedicated processing team gives full support after the appointment.

We are a small and experienced team looking for a dedicated and flexible addition to our friendly team. We are growing rapidly and our success means we are in need of additional members of staff.
We offer good rates of pay and 20 days holiday in addition to bank holidays for full time hours. Flexible hours are offered, including weekends and evenings.
We are looking for knowledge of the New Homes Industry but not essential, an excellent telephone manner and IT literate. You need the ability to work on your own and as part of a team and be well organised and be able to prioritise a changing workload. Sales experience would also be preferable.
We are based in rural Gloucestershire so you need to be a car driver or keen cyclist!
