How our service works:

We work closely with you and act as an integral part of your sales and marketing team.

Once your customer has selected their chosen property a part exchange application is completed by the sales team.

Upon receiving the application, we instruct three local agents to carry out a viewing and provide a full market appraisal based on achieving a sale within 2-4 week period.

We undertake our own market appraisal and make recommendations on saleability of property and marketing and sale price.

Once an offer has been agreed, we will submit the offer on your behalf maintaining contact with your customer at all times.

We will appoint the selling agents and ensure they produce all of the relevant sales particulars within the quickest possible timescales. We will also organise Home Information Packs and Surveys on behalf of the housebuilder.

We will liaise with the you on the results of the survey and advise your customer of the outcome

We will work alongside the estate agent on all marketing aspects of the part exchange property including viewings and feedback to ensure the property is sold as quickly as possible.

We will provide you with full reports on a weekly basis and make the necessary recommendations

We will liaise with you on all viewings and offers. Once a sale has been agreed we will undertake all the necessary paperwork and documentation between your customer, the estate agent and solicitors.

We will progress the sale through to exchange of contracts, providing feedback and reports on a weekly basis or to suit your own business requirements.

Once the property has exchanged contracts we will follow the sale through to legal completion.

All estate agents’ fees, EPC and Survey fees are paid for by the housebuilder

We will discharge the agents fees direct and invoice you once exchange of contracts has taken place.

We operate on a no sale no fee basis.
