Assisted Move is now the new selling tool and as such now represents nearly 50% of our business. Whilst it is not your sale this week, it is your sale in 3-4 weeks. People want to move and therefore are becoming more realistic on what they believe their home is worth.

Our Assisted Move service is particularly useful where you are unable to offer part exchange. The Assisted Move service is primarily aimed at customers who are downsizing and therefore do not qualify for a part exchange which requires the customer to purchase a more expensive property.

New Homes Part Exchange has seen an increase in demand for Assisted Moves, where they advise and assist new homebuyers on the marketing and sale of their existing home, as more and more people choose to downsize in the current climate. We also work with private vendors are who are looking for that one stop shop when looking to sell their home.
