We believe our service is unique, we mainly specialise in new homes so we understand the importance of urgency. We also are able to provide the same levels of service on any secondhand property or related part exchange property.
We have designed our customer experience into three simple stages to ensure we satisfy and meet the demanding deadlines.
Stage 1 - Our Helpline
Our Helpline Advisers are available 7 days a week. Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 7.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10.00 am – 7.00pm.
Our Helpline is there to ensure even at the earliest stage to ensure all transactions proceed as smoothly as possible.
We will give immediate guidance on price range and provide an indication of the amount a customer is able to borrow. We are able to issue a Mortgage Certificate and have established links with major lenders to obtain an online mortgage approval.
As the UK’s leading introducer of new build mortgages in the country we have access to exclusive deals not available on the high street.
Stage 2 - Our Mortgage Advisers
Protecting each customer’s home and possessions and ensuring financial stability and peace of mind are all part of our service.
Our professionally trained and qualified Mortgage Advisers will arrange to meet our customers anywhere, anytime, evenings or weekends to suit so there is no need to take time off work.
Our Mortgage Advisers complete all the necessary documentation at the initial appointment, so the mortgage application is processed quickly
Stage 3 - Our Mortgage Processing Unit
Each of our customer’s are assigned a personal member of our mortgage processing team. Their prime role is to keep in contact with each customer, providing updates on the mortgage application on a regular basis.
By working as integral part of the process they work closely with all parties: the lender, the housebuilder and solicitors to ensure the buying process runs as smooth as possible. Upon legal completion, the mortgage processing team will ensure all necessary protection arrangements are in place.

We do not charge a fee for our advice, but we do charge an administration fee on completion of your mortgage application form, which is from only £95. As an independent mortgage adviser we can also offer a purely fee-based option with a charge of up to 1.5% of the loan amount
